Install a client-supplied exterior door lock, including measuring, drilling and preparing the door as required, fitting the lock and strike plate, and making minor adjustments for correct alignment. Test the locking mechanism and door operation on completion.
Includes removal of the existing lock where required and cleanup of the work area.
Excludes: supply of the lock, major door or frame repairs, and painting.
